Wholesale Terms

Commitment to Quality

We are committed to partnering with the best wholesale stockists in Canada and the United States. Here are some things to note:

· We are a small batch, hand-made candle company based in the Revelstoke, British Columbia.

· We pride ourselves in our craft, standards for quality, and our respectful creative processes.

· We sell our candles directly through our online store, farmer’s markets, and artisan fairs.

· We wholesale our products to retail partners and distributors as well.

Wholesale Order Shipping Policy

· All orders ship from our candle shop in Revelstoke BC, in 7-10 business days from date of order.

· Please note our peak production times are September to mid December. Orders can take longer to fulfill and ship during this time. Please consider this possibility when scheduling your orders.

· All wholesale purchases are shipped from Revelstoke BC, via courier or Canada Post (if you have a PO Box).

· Should you wish courier insurance on your purchase please let Beeswax Works know at time of purchase.

· Orders will not be shipped if previous invoice(s) are unpaid.

· Shipping costs are solely carried by the wholesale stockist and are non-refundable.

o We do offer seasonal shipping incentives and discounted shipping promotions based on or order volume.

· We offer free local delivery to businesses in the Revelstoke area.

· We are very focused on production, and do not have a store front. Pick up from our shop is only available by request.

Order and Payment Terms

Payment is due at time of order for all wholesale partners. Any other payment terms will be mutually agreed by the Beeswax Works and the Stockist, in writing via email in advance of placing orders.

Order Minimums

We have created wholesale order minimums to differentiate between retail and wholesale pricing, and to leverage bulk order pricing.

· The first minimum order is $250.00 CAD (before shipping and taxes); subsequent minimum orders are $500.00 CAD (before shipping and taxes).

· All orders will be received by Beeswax Works via our online wholesale platform only.

For your convenience, we have a variety of payment options available.

· From the checkout page, select the payment method drop down menu.

· You can pay for your order at the time of purchase by completing your purchase with either Credit Card, PayPal, Shop, or E-Transfer. Business cheque payment will be at the discretion of Beeswax Works.

· For E-transfer, or business cheque click on the Alternative payment methods > Continue to Shipping > select shipping method > Continue to Payment.

· Beeswax Works accepts, Credit Card, PayPal, E-transfer, and cheques as payment for goods. All NSF cheques will carry a $50.00 CAD administration fee payable to Beeswax Works by the wholesale partner.

· New orders will not be shipped until all previous invoices have been paid in full.

· Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, however we will always do our best to communicate our annual increases.

· We support bulk ordering discounts for items that have the Amount option for 14 or more..

Beeswax Works wants to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase of pure beeswax candles, always.

· Please be prepared to describe the issue you've experienced with our product in detail to help us understand where we can improve.

Return (if applicable)

· Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).

· Once this is completed your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your account, credit card or other original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

· Refund amount will be less a 10% restocking fee.

Exchange (if applicable)

· If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at candles@beeswaxworkswholesale.ca or call toll free at 1.833.570.5427.

· Kindly ship your item to: Beeswax Works, 1200 Oscar Street #7, British Columbia, V0E 2S1.

Shipping Returns

· To return your product, please ship product to: Beeswax Works, 1200 Oscar Street #7, British Columbia, V0E 2S1.

· The stockist will be responsible for paying its’ own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

· Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
