Beeswax Works Wholesale orders ship in 7-10 business days from the date of receiving them during regular season with the main couriers and Canada Post listed at the check out.
We offer free shipping on orders within Canada over $500 CDN and orders to the United States over $500 USD (before taxes and duties). Orders below this threshold are charged the courier or Canada Post rate shown at checkout.
Our busy Candle Season is from August to January. Please plan and place your orders with extra consideration for potential delays with extra production, couriers, seasonal road closures, etc.
We strive to only use recyclable materials for shipping.
We currently ship all of our orders 'Boutique Wrapped' in individually in tissue paper, and layered with Kraft boxing paper. Our boxes are prepared with special care for our candles with all our orders shipped with FRAGILE decals.
We expect all of our orders to arrive unharmed and without issue. If you receive any of our products that did not travel well, please let us know as quickly as possible.

Shipping to the United States
Wholesale orders shipped to the United States may be assessed U.S. import duties, import taxes, and carrier brokerage or handling fees. These charges are separate from the product price and any shipping fee charged at checkout, and are the wholesale customer's responsibility.
Beeswax Works candles are made in Canada and may qualify for preferential duty treatment under CUSMA (called USMCA in the United States) when the origin and customs documentation are correct. We do not describe U.S. orders as duty-free, and we cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive without import or carrier charges.

Delivery
Local Delivery is available within 25 km of Revelstoke, currently for no charge. Our checkout knows when you're within our Local Delivery zone. You'll be provided the option for Local Delivery with the shipping options at our checkout if you qualify.
