Warranty and Return Policy

At Beeswax Works, your satisfaction is our priority, and we offer a Money Back Guarantee to ensure your peace of mind. If you have any concerns about your purchase of pure beeswax candles, please don't hesitate to contact us at candles@beeswaxworkswholesale.ca.

  • To process a return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we'll send you an email to confirm its receipt. Following this, your refund will be processed. The credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment or credit card. The processing time for refunds varies and will be completed within a certain number of days.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for the same one, kindly email us at candles@beeswaxworkswholesale.ca or call toll-free at 1.833.570.5427. You can send the item to:

Shipping for Returns or Exchanges:

To return your product, please mail it to the address mentioned above (Beeswax Works, 1200 Oscar Street #7, British Columbia, V0E 2S1). Please note that you're responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Information:

Wholesale orders are shipped via courier and Canada Post. The shipping expense is billed to the wholesale partner at the time of invoice.

All retail orders, are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from our candle shop in Revelstoke, BC.

All wholesale orders, are processed and shipped with 7-10 business days.

Shipments within Canada will use Canada Post's "Expedited Parcel" service, and shipments to the USA or international destinations will be sent as "Air Tracked" packages.

If you wish to add extra insurance to your purchase, please inform Beeswax Works at the time of purchase.

Please keep in mind that shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are non-refundable.
