Wholesale Terms
These are the terms for wholesale accounts with Beeswax Works Wholesale. Please read them before you apply. By applying, you agree to these terms.
Who we work with
We work with independent shops, gift and home stores, spas, lodging, restaurants and other businesses in Canada that are a good fit for our brand. We currently supply Canadian businesses only.
Applying for an account
Every application is reviewed by hand, and we reply within 3 business days. Approval is at our discretion. Once you're approved, you'll receive your login and access to wholesale pricing and the full catalogue.
Order minimum
Every wholesale order must meet our $500 minimum. Orders below the minimum can't be placed.
Payment
Orders are paid by card at checkout. From January 1, 2027, approved accounts can apply for Net 15 payment terms.
- Invoices on terms are due 15 days after the order date.
- Each order on terms can be up to $5,000. For a larger order, contact us and we'll arrange it with you.
- A valid credit card must stay on file in your wholesale account as a backup payment method while you're on terms.
- Your account must be paid in full before you place your next order on terms.
- Overdue amounts bear simple interest of 1.5% per month (18% per year) from the day after the due date until paid.
Net terms are set out in a separate written agreement that you sign before your first order on terms. Until then, and for any order not on terms, payment is due at checkout.
Shipping
Orders ship from our candle shop in Revelstoke, BC by courier or Canada Post, within Canada. Shipping is free on all orders within Canada. See our Shipping & Warranty page for details. Most orders ship within 7 to 10 business days of receipt, and often sooner. Most of our candles are made to order in our Revelstoke shop, and each year we build more stock ahead of time. From September to November, orders can take longer.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or wrong, email us right away with photos of the shipping box and the product, and we'll make it right.
Returns and exchanges
- Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
- Contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without a request can't be accepted.
- All returns and exchanges go by courier only, to our shop: Beeswax Works Wholesale, 1240 Powerhouse Road, Unit 1110, Revelstoke BC V0E 2S0, Canada. We can't accept returns sent by Canada Post.
- Return shipping is the stockist's cost and isn't refunded. Approved refunds are issued less a 10% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
- We can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Selling our candles
We ask our stockists to sell through their own shops and websites, not on online marketplaces such as Amazon.
Our commitment
Our candles are handmade in Revelstoke, BC with pure Canadian beeswax. Tapers are hand-dipped and pillars are hand-poured. We stand behind our work. If something isn't right, contact us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the update. Prices are subject to change.
