Shipping

We make your candles to order, then ship by courier or Canada Post to addresses in Canada.

How long will my order take?

Most orders ship within 7–10 business days of receipt, and often sooner. From September to November, orders can take longer. Transit time follows dispatch, and a faster shipping service does not shorten production time, so leave a buffer before the date you need stock on your shelves.

What does shipping cost?

Wholesale orders have a $500 minimum. Standard shipping follows our Wholesale Terms. If you choose a faster service, the charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I pick up or get local delivery?

Local delivery is available for eligible addresses near Revelstoke, and shop pickup can be arranged by request. Contact us to ask.

Damage, returns and exchanges

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is wrong, tell us right away and we will make it right.

Something arrived damaged

Email candles@beeswaxworkswholesale.ca with your order number and photos of the box, the packaging and the candles. Keep all the packaging, and please contact us before sending anything back. We will help with the carrier claim.

Returning an order

Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us before sending anything back, because returns sent without a request cannot be accepted.

  • Send returns by courier only to Beeswax Works Wholesale, 1240 Powerhouse Road, Unit 1110, Revelstoke BC V0E 2S0, Canada. We cannot accept returns sent by Canada Post.
  • Return shipping is the stockist's cost and is not refunded.
  • Approved refunds are issued less a 10% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
  • Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanging an item

Yes, for the same item. Email us or call 1-833-570-5427, then send the item by courier to the address above.
