Commitment to Quality

At Beeswax Works, we pride ourselves on being a small-batch candle company based in Revelstoke, British Columbia, known for our meticulously handcrafted candles. Our commitment to excellence shines through in every product, created with care, artistry, and a deep respect for our craft.

While we offer our candles through various retail avenues, including our online store, farmers' markets, and artisan fairs, we are also pleased to extend wholesale opportunities to our retail partners and distributors.

Shipping Wholesale Orders

All wholesale orders are shipped directly from our candle shop in Revelstoke, BC, and will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the order. Shipping is handled via courier and Canada Post, with the stockist covering all shipping expenses. Please note that orders with outstanding invoices will not be shipped until payment is received.

Order and Payment Terms

Payment for wholesale orders is due at the time of purchase. Should alternative payment arrangements be necessary, they must be agreed upon in writing via email between Beeswax Works and the stockist.

Wholesale orders can only be placed through our online wholesale platform, accessible via the "Wholesale Check Out" option linked on our homepage. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and EFT. Any returned NSF cheques will incur a $50 CAD administration fee, payable to Beeswax Works. No new orders will be shipped until all outstanding invoices are fully paid.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a money-back guarantee. For any issues, please contact us at candles@beeswaxworkswholesale.ca or call toll-free at 1-833-570-5427. To process returns or exchanges, proof of purchase is required.

Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, with a 10% restocking fee applied.

Shipping Returns

Return products should be sent to: Beeswax Works, 1200 Oscar Street #7, Revelstoke, BC, V0E 2S1. Stockists are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Any refund issued will have the return shipping costs deducted. Please be aware that the time it takes for exchanged products to reach you may vary depending on your location.
