Questions shops ask
Who can open a wholesale account?
Independent shops, gift and home stores, spas, lodging, restaurants and other businesses in Canada. We supply Canadian businesses only.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Every wholesale order must meet our $500 minimum, before tax and shipping. There are no case packs, so you can mix designs and quantities to suit your shelves.
Can I see wholesale prices before I apply?
No. Wholesale pricing and purchasing are for approved accounts. Before you are approved, product pages show suggested retail prices to help you assess the range.
Can I get samples before my first order?
Not yet. We do not have a sample programme. We are happy to answer product questions and help you choose a small mix for your first order.
Do you ship outside Canada?
No. We ship within Canada only. See Shipping & Warranty for timing, damage claims and returns.
